Using Digital Books and Comics in English Teaching and Learning Activities

چکیده

This paper focuses on the implementation of linguistics theory, particularly in multimodality, to understand various forms reading materials such as digital books and comics. aimed gain insights into how practitioners school teachers optimise use comics English teaching learning activities using well-informed theories. In addition, this study also described perspectives creative industry contribute practice by giving production research collected data from three sessions workshop series where discussion results between stakeholders, namely academicians, researchers, teachers, were documented field notes. The findings imply that multimodal theories useful understanding was effective, can be seen through participants enthusiastic about participating activity. Furthermore, all theoretical knowledge is needed support develop their optimally form comics.
